Phase Contrast Microscope

The phase contrast microscope (made by aus Jena) has optical modifications from a normal light microscope to enhance the contrast observed in an image.  The phase contrast microscope is commonly used by biologists, but is of use to the particle analyst when studying small particles (< 1-2 micrometers).
