Tour the Lab Equipment
|
Equipment Microtrace has a wide range of microscopical and microchemical methods at its disposal. With this variety of methods, it is possible to have a truly sample driven approach to our analyses, which permits us to select and apply the most relevant method to a given problem. In many cases, independent confirmation can be gained for a given analysis through the use of an orthogonal method. Click a link below to learn more about a particular instrument and how we use it.
Cathodoluminescence Microscopy (CL) Electrostatic Detection Apparatus (ESDA) Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDS) Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy (GC/MS) Glass Refractive Index Measurement System (GRIM) Infrared Microspectroscopy (micro-FTIR) Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography (Py-GC/MS) Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) micro-X-Ray Fluorescence (micro-XRF) Visible Microspectrophotometry (MSP) Visual Spectral Comparator (VSC) UV/Visible Spectroscopy (UV/VIS) |
